Administration and Finances
This department is in charge of the necessary planning in terms of management and supervision of financial requirements, budgets, management of public tender, billing, HR management, information technology, purchases and general services.
Business Development
Among other activities, this department is in charge of the realization of business plans, including competition and market analysis, definition of business models and supervising of product launches.
Marketing and Sales
This department is responsible for spreading and positioning Sigesa’s brand, as well as carrying out all the commercial activities necessary to maintain and expand our portfolio of satisfied customers.
Innovation and Software Development
The Innovation and Development team carry out analysis tasks and functional design of applications, programming, functional tests implementation, user manuals of our tools, technical support and planning and update management.
